TSG-HR is under the leadership of industry veteran and thought leader Scott Williams. Scott founded TSG-HR in 2001 and has assembled a global network of human capital experts reporting to either their North American office in Atlanta, Georgia or their European headquarters in London, England.
Over his career, Mr. Williams has held several domestic and international executive positions ending as the Director (VP) of HR, North America, for The Coca-Cola Company. Mr. Williams is an angel investor and sits on the board of several start-up companies. Advising companies throughout North America, Latin America, Europe and China, Mr. Williams is sought out for his skills in maximizing workforce and strategic performance, removing cultural barriers, and reducing HR functional costs. Mr. Williams and his team of HR experts are sought for their expertise and thought leadership in all areas of human resources and human capital management.

Chuck Ros, HRIS & Technology
Chuck has nearly 25 years experience in the technology industry. He has built 4 successful technology companies, working in markets as diverse as medical practice management, enterprise content and document management, enterprise resource planning, and enterprise human capital and workforce management. As the President & CEO of Emerald Software, he has led the development of one of the world's most innovative and valuable software tools for HR, the Universal Onboarding product for new employee onboarding, the market-leading transactional onboarding system.
In addition to being President & CEO of Emerald Software, Chuck was the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for SolutionData, and the President of ITWorks. He was also the founder and President of RWI, where he was responsible for the development of DSS, the first document management system released for the Microsoft Windows platform. He was responsible for the healthcare industry's first Electronic Remittance Notification (ERN) processing system, and led the development of one of the world's largest data warehouses built on the Microsoft SQL Server platform. He architected the award-winning Abacus Business Process Automation platform, and has been the principle team lead on dozens of enterprise ERP and HRMS system implementations. He is a prolific writer and blogger, and is passionate about topics in HR technology.
Chuck has an MBA in Management from William Carey University School of Business, and a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Southern Mississippi. He has held numerous technical certifications, and is active in the ATDC, Technology Association of Georgia. Chuck is a Rotarian and a member of the National Society of Hispanic Professionals. His areas of specialization include: development and management of enterprise HR applications, legacy HR application modernization, the automation of new employee onboarding, management of the implementation of HR and HRIS systems, and strategic HRMS and HRIS planning & development.
Dick Simmonds, Outplacement, Search, Coaching, and Assessments
Dick Simmonds currently leads the Miramonte/OI Partners Business Group and its Affiliates, offering outplacement, search, coaching, and assessments to corporations. Miramonte is a member of OI Partners, Inc., a global outplacement and coaching group with over 225 offices. He has served as National, Regional, and District manager for global career transition firms since 1995 after successful careers in consulting, food service equipment, and telecom sales and management. He recently introduced Job Search Cycle, a job search class concept, and Career Concierge(tm) to the public. These classes and programs are available to companies, individuals, the Military and Graduating Students (Campus to Careers).
Simmonds is active in ASHHRA (Healthcare HR) and several SHRM chapters and is a national SHRM member as well, frequently sponsoring meetings and being a booth sponsor at HR, Healthcare, and Staffing events across the country. He also serves as a founding member on the Advisory Board of the Georgia Automotive Manufacturers Association.
In 2003, Dick formed Miramonte with the idea of providing value added services to clients in the areas of Human Resources, Business Services, Operations, and Healthcare. Miramonte/OI is officed in 15 cities in Georgia, Florida, and Alabama and has multiple affiliate members in the HR arena. A native of Virginia, Simmonds grew up in North Carolina, graduating from Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, NC. He is married to Karen H. Simmonds, a registered nurse; they have 3 boys, ages 17, 21, and 34.
Chris Karabinos, Executive Advisory
Chris is a Partner with TSG-HR and Harvest Business Advisors, LLC. He has 25 years experience in business development, marketing and sales with firms in the business services, consumer goods, information systems and risk management markets. He has an established track record building products, brands and revenue in Fortune 500, mid-market and start-up companies. In addition, he brings deep experience in strategy development, business development and international business development to Harvest Business Advisors.
Chris has experience domestically and internationally with Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, General Information Services (GIS), and ChoicePoint. Chris and his family lived in Mexico City while he helped Coca-Cola de Mexico and the Minute Maid Division of Coca-Cola launch and build the brand in that country. He then established and built the division's export sales department distributing multiple lines of finished product in dozens of countries internationally.
Additionally, Chris was co-founder and Vice-President of Sales & Marketing of eHealthClaim, a healthcare BPO (business process outsourcing) provider delivering customer service software, ASP and BPO services to the mid-market health insurance industry. His passion for building extends into his personal life as well; for example, he is an active Boy Scout leader in Troop 143, at his church Johns Creek UMC, in the Milton District and in the Atlanta Area Council. Chris is also a member of the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, the Technology Association of Georgia and Johns Creek United Methodist Church and has served on the board of Autrey Mill Nature Preserve. His areas of specialization include: business strategy development, international business development, market segmentation & opportunity assessment, marketing strategy and planning & execution, sales strategy and business development, and alliance & channel development.
