Multi-site, web based Compliance Training (MSCT):
The MSCT is on the cutting edge of compliance training and TSG-HR is leading the way. Being one of six firms (U.S.) TSG-HR has been approached by several government contractors for this technology. TSG-HR’s staff of training expert’s custom designs the content that will be learned. In many cases, such as federal regulations; doing business with foreign governments, the text is boiled down to a level where it is easily understood by all employees. Afterwards, the content is reviewed by our experts to assure no critical information was removed in the condensing of the data. TSG-HR’s educational team will then develop a series of real-life multiple choice questions (based on the client’s experiences), that will be given to the employee at the end of each module to test for understanding. When completed, each module is placed on a global platform and imbedded with security measures so that any employee, located anywhere the world, can participate. TSG-HR’s clients’ have been able to customize their systems to track such things as who has completed what, by when and if they were successful at understanding the material. Additionally, our clients have asked for programming that allows for automatic email notification to the staff of upcoming recertification training and the due dates. When training is completed an email of confirmation is sent to the Corporate Compliance Officer and to the employee. Since, the MSCT actively tracks each employee’s activity; clients have used the MSCT for succession planning, while their regulatory compliance department have used the MSCT for any regulatory audits and/or inquiries.

II. Traditional on-site facilitation of the topic:
This is very good for more complex topics that require more face-to-face communication and understanding, such as break-out sessions or strategic workshops.
III. Video or Web conferencing:
This type of vehicle is very good for multiple sites or international learning. While communication is two-way and quick, assimilation of the information is not tested.
